Shipping Information
We use Royal Mail and DPD to ship out our orders, we also offer signed/tracked for Royal Mail First and Second class, as well as normal First and Second class, we are constantly trying to drive down our postage costs and do not make any profit on these costs, you pay what we pay.
For next day delivery please order before 1400 Mon-Fri and we will endeavor to get the order out the same day (Saturday delivery is not guaranteed).
1. Free Delivery (If applicable)
Free delivery means..
1. that the value of your order must meet that advertised if available.
2. that your order is going to be delivered to any UK Mainland address (Scottish Isle's and off shore Isle's are exempt from this offer as well we International customers)
3. that it does not include any third party handling charges, additional insurance you may require, import duties, and any other fees, liabilities and tax/duty costs, which may arise or apply to your order and transportation
2. Dispatch & Packaging
All orders are hand made as they come in, usually on a 1-2 day dispatch but this can sometimes differ due to workload and vinyl supplies. We don't hold items on the shelf due to multiple variations and the fact your vinyl is hand cut and "fresh" for the application.
Smaller items are sent in carded 'please do not bend' envelopes while larger graphics are sent in postal tubes to ensure the item arrives safely.
3. Non / Failed Delivery
Taking delivery of goods is entirely your responsibility. If you are unable to take delivery we will do all that we can to assist. However, if the goods are returned to us we will contact you for an alternative address and arrange redelivery at your expense. In any event, the delivery charges are non-refundable.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a product you have purchased, we will gladly give you a full refund or exchange within 30 days after you receive it.
4. Damaged Shipments
If you receive a shipment with a damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours or on the next business day so that we can resolve the problem as quickly as possible and file a claim with the shipping carrier.
5. International Sales
(a) If you are importing any of our goods you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for compliance with importing laws and requirements of the country to which the goods are shipped and this is entirely at your own expense and risk.
(b) In addition to the purchase price of the goods you accept full responsibility for any and all third party handling charges, additional insurance you may require, import duties, and any other fees, liabilities and tax/duty costs, which may arise or apply to your order and transportation.
(c) Whilst we will do all we can to assist (e.g. special packaging etc which may involve extra payment by you to us) we will not be responsible for any non-delivery or import duty charged or any fines or impositions as a result on any import or attempted import.
6. Countries we are unable to deliver to
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to deliver to the following countries Albania, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Egypt, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Malaysia, Nigeria, Pakistan, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Syria, Turkey the Philippines or Yugoslavia.
